We take the liberty of making the formalities as simple as possible so that we can get to the fun stuff. HoneyBooks

Make your payments easily straight from your phone. Our payments are accepted on a monthly basis, no later than the 5th on any given month. If payment is not received by the 5th, you will have forfeited your classes & will require a $25 re-enrollment fee to keep your time slot.

Schedule

Schedules will be arranged monthly, based on the best possible days & times for your child and our tutors, and once decided, your classes will be set. This will allow for a smoother scheduling routine throughout the month and avoid the inconvenience of constantly having to make calls. We know surprises happen, and they may require added time, therefore if your child acquires a last minute project, assignment, or test, it is important to contact us immediately to schedule a bonus class.

Cancelations

Something unexpected has come up and you need to cancel. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to reschedule. Our cancelation policy requires 48 hour notice to reschedule at no additional cost. After 48 hours you will receive a partial refund or credit. Less than 6 hour notice, you will be forfeiting the class with no refund. Thank you, and we hope to return to our regular routine soon!
